The rubber roofing – or EPDM – treatment reflects 84% of the sun’s energy and lowers the surface temperature of the roof by 30 to 60 degrees, and maintenance is as easy as re-coating the acrylic top coat when and if it is ever needed.

Polyurethane foam is another option in the family of roof coatings that we offer, and it can be applied to either a new or existing flat roof. Weighing in at about 8 ounces per square foot, poly foam can be applied to just about any existing roofing system without exceeding the structural load capacity. It is durable, waterproof and attractive, and the closed-cell structure of the foam’s composition stops airflow – in or out of the building. Polyurethane foam also provides an insulation R-value of 6 in a just a single inch’s worth of thickness.
